Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TLC Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide in Detriot and surrounding areas. By booking a service, using our website, or otherwise engaging TLC Cleaning, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.

Services Provided

TLC Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning, which may include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, and short-term rental turnover. The specific tasks, frequency, and scope for your booking are described in your quote or booking confirmation. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including for safety, payment, or scheduling reasons.

Booking, Quotes & Scheduling

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; the final price may change if the actual size, condition, or scope of the job differs from what was described. We will confirm your appointment date and arrival window in advance and do our best to keep to it, though occasionally we may need to adjust timing due to weather, traffic, or staffing.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted before service and may include applicable taxes and fees, which will be shown to you. Payment is due as stated in your booking confirmation, typically at or around the time of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or on your invoice; late or failed payments may result in paused service or a late fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 to 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, lockouts, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service, as disclosed when you book. For recurring service, either party may pause or end the arrangement with reasonable written notice.

Access to Your Property

You agree to provide safe, reliable access to your property at the scheduled time — whether by being present, providing a key or entry code, or another method we agree on. Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items, and let us know about any alarms, special instructions, or areas you'd like us to avoid. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 to 48 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee covers tasks included in your agreed scope and does not apply to add-on requests outside that scope.

Our Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill using trained personnel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage caused by aged, worn, or improperly installed fixtures, surfaces, grout, or caulking.

Insurance & Bonding

TLC Cleaning carries the business insurance appropriate for our operations, and our cleaning staff are vetted and trained. Proof of insurance or bonding is available on request. This coverage supports our damage and claims process described below.

Damage & Claims

If you believe we caused damage or that an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of your service by phone at +17014122398 or email at hello@business.com, with a description and photos if possible. Prompt notice allows us to investigate fairly while the situation is fresh. We will review each claim in good faith and, where we are responsible, repair, replace, or compensate as appropriate and consistent with these Terms.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, please provide running water and electricity, a reasonably safe and clear working environment, and accurate information about your property and expectations. Please also remove or secure biohazards, hazardous materials, firearms, cash, jewelry, and other valuables before our visit. You agree to treat our team with respect and to raise any concerns directly with us.

The content on our website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to TLC Cleaning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for your own informational and booking purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without our written permission.
